Check your inbox

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your login details. Check your spam if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes. When you log in, if it asks for a password just click Forgot Password and it will send you a reset link instantly.

Set your alarms now

Before you do anything else, please set alarms for the times you’ll do this work. This is nervous system work, and it’s completely normal for resistance to arise. Scheduling it in is how you honour the commitment you just made to yourself.

Start with the Intro

Don’t skip it. It’s short, it’s gentle, and it’ll make you feel immediately at home. Everything flows from there.

Go at your own pace

There is no right way to move through this. Some weeks you’ll do one module. Some weeks you’ll do three. Listen to your body. Trust your timing. That said, the tapping sessions are designed to be revisited, so I recommend spending at least a week on each module and returning to the tapping as many times as you can. The more you do it, the deeper it goes.
